Spring’s new tables in Sydney, from a Manly wharf to a CBD grill
Four openings worth booking now.

Ashe, in the CBD, is Khanh Nguyen’s Southeast Asian grill, which he calls the most personal expression of his cooking to date.
On the water, Louis Tikaram’s Stanley has opened on Manly Wharf: a 248-seat Cantonese dining room with live seafood tanks.
South at Cronulla, Nelly Robinson’s Noa brings modern Australian cooking and tableside service to an oceanfront room. In Potts Point, Sali and Nathan Sasi’s La Buvette is a small wine bar in the Parisian manner, with peach-coloured tables outside.
Venues change hours often in their first season, so check before you go.
